Helm Elo

Elo comes from every race sailed as helm across all events; races sailed as crew don't count. It drives the win predictions, where each helm counts equally towards their team. Helms need 20 races as helm to get a rating. The ranking uses Score: Elo pulled towards 1500 for helms with fewer races, so a short streak can't outrank a long record.
