Smart scheduling

Optimal race scheduling maximises time sailing for every team. RaceFlow supports round robin, groups, HLS, and Swiss league and single changeover Swiss league formats, so your event can run the system that fits best.

If boats are supplied by the event, scheduling can also optimise to reduce total changeovers so more races can be completed on time.

Automatic scoring and standings

Leaderboards are generated automatically so teams can see their standings at any point during the event. Tie-breaks are calculated transparently, so sailors always know exactly where they stand.

Race pace is tracked throughout the day, with estimated race-completion milestones calculated automatically and shown at a glance for race officials.

Venue displays and synchronised timing

Display screens can be set up around the event venue, and the start timer is synced site-wide so spectators can follow races in real time with confidence.

Each event role also has a customised page, including dedicated views for the start boat, finish boat, and beachmaster.

High-impact notifications

Teams and spectators can opt in to team notifications for results, schedule changes, and changeover call times so they never miss a race.
